The finder takes the availability of every participant and resource, respects each set of working hours and the travel buffer. An empty answer is a bad answer, so without a full overlap it returns the best partial ones.

What if there is no common free slot?
The search returns the options where the most attendees are free instead of an empty list.
Are holidays and working hours taken into account?
Yes. The search uses the working hours of each attendee in their zone, national holidays, the buffer between meetings and room availability.
