Frequently asked questions
How do we avoid double booking a meeting room?
A room joins the meeting as an attendee, so its busy time shows both in the time search and at booking.
Do meeting rooms count as subscription users?
No. A resource is the calendar of a room or a piece of equipment and takes no seat in the subscription.
