Getting started

The Calendar has no reduced editions. Access opens together with the A3.ID subscription on your company domain, and the volume is counted by headcount.

One edition, the whole product

Two-way external synchronisation, shared and resource calendars, the slot finder and booking links are not moved into a higher tier. They are parts of the product, not surcharges on it.

Quote on request

The invoice goes to the domain in A3.ID together with the rest of the suite.

What the invoice depends on

  1. Domain headcount

The subscription is issued on a domain in A3.ID, so the main axis is the number of employees who have access to the products of the suite.

  2. Set of products

The Calendar is counted together with the other A3 products in one subscription. It has no separate payment and no separate sign-up.

  3. Term

When the subscription expires, access closes the same way as for the other products. Data is not deleted, it is hidden until renewal.

Frequent questions

Do we need a separate sign-up in the Calendar

No. Sign-in goes through A3.ID, and the companies of the domain are imported from there. Departments, employees and their working hours are set up in the calendar itself.

What happens to events when the subscription expires

Access closes and the data stays. Events are not deleted immediately and become available again after renewal.

Do outside participants and guests pay

No. An outside participant answers an invitation through a link in an email, a guest books through a booking link. Neither needs an account.

Can the Calendar be used without the other A3 products

Yes. The Calendar works as a standalone app with personal and team calendars. Product events appear once at least one source product is connected.

Do meeting rooms count as users

No. A resource is a calendar of a room or a piece of equipment, not an employee. It is booked as a participant of an event and takes no seat in the subscription.

Where are the servers

In the Republic of Kazakhstan, as with the rest of the A3 ecosystem.
