Moving from another calendar starts with a file: events are imported from ICS with no manual copying. The other way, a period exports to ICS, and an agenda prints or saves to PDF for a meeting.

How do I move events from another calendar?
Export the calendar to an ICS file and import it into A3.Calendar. For ongoing two way work with Outlook and Apple Calendar, connect CalDAV.
Can I print the schedule for a week?
Yes. The agenda prints for any period and chosen calendars, and the browser print dialog saves it as PDF.
